New York-inspired Welcome Bags for Sharini & Tyler's Roundhouse Wedding in Beacon
Custom Wedding Welcome Gifts for a Roundhouse Wedding
in Beacon, New York
For Sharini & Tyler’s winter wedding celebration at the iconic The Roundhouse in Beacon, New York, we had the pleasure of designing fully customized wedding welcome gifts that beautifully reflected the couple’s style and the spirit of the Hudson Valley.
In collaboration with Amy Champagne Events, we created curated welcome bags that complemented the couple’s invitation suite and the overall look and feel of their wedding day décor. The celebration featured playful pop art elements and bold design moments, so every detail of the gift experience was thoughtfully chosen to align seamlessly with that aesthetic.
A Taste of New York
To give guests an authentic taste of the region, we filled each welcome bag with beloved New York favorites:
Gourmet coconut & oat cookies from Unna Bakery
S’mores popcorn from Popinsanity - always a crowd favorite!
Chocolate-covered pretzels from Fatty Sundays
To tie in the couple’s vibrant reception design, we included a standout treat from Karu Chocolate — a white chocolate bar with pop rocks wrapped in a playful pink “Pop!” design. It was the perfect nod to the wedding’s pop art-inspired décor and added a fun, unexpected surprise for guests.
Each bag also included two bottles of Voss Water for a refreshing and elevated finishing touch.
Thoughtful Packaging with a Luxe Touch
To set the stage for the festivities to come, the prresentation was equally important as the products we included. The gifts were packaged inside a natural jute tote with leather handles, blending rustic charm with refined details — a subtle homage to Beacon’s industrial-chic setting. Each tote was tied with a rich velvet wine-colored ribbon and finished with a custom gift tag that read, “Welcome to Beacon, New York!”
The result was a cohesive, stylish, and locally inspired wedding welcome gift that set the tone for an unforgettable winter weekend at The Roundhouse.
